These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Brew, an AI-powered tool built by Espresso Factory that creates social media content and publishes it to your connected accounts. By creating an account or using Brew, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Brew.
Brew generates text and images for social media posts based on the information and instructions you provide, and publishes that content to the accounts you connect, such as a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Facebook group.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Brew. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or other social account, you authorize Brew to access that account and publish on your behalf using the permissions you grant. You're responsible for complying with the terms of those platforms (such as Meta's policies), and Brew isn't responsible for actions a platform takes against your account.
You keep ownership of the prompts, text, images, and other material you give Brew ("Your Content"). You grant Brew a license to use Your Content to generate and publish posts on your behalf. Brew produces draft text and images ("Generated Content") from Your Content and instructions — once you approve and publish Generated Content, you're solely responsible for it, including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with any connected platform's rules.
You agree not to misuse Brew to spam, mislead, or harass others; attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service; generate content that promotes violence, hate, or illegal activity; or connect accounts you don't have the right to manage.
Generated Content is produced using AI models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that doesn't match your intent. Brew doesn't guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of Generated Content — review it carefully before publishing.
Brew may offer free and paid plans. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees described to you at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Brew, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Espresso Factory and Brew Studio and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Brew at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms or for any other reason. You can stop using Brew and disconnect your accounts at any time.
Brew is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that Brew will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Generated Content will be free of mistakes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Espresso Factory and Brew Studio won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Brew, including content published to your accounts.
You agree to indemnify and hold Espresso Factory and Brew Studio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Brew or the content you publish.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use Brew after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
